Q: How can I contact Abilene Reporter-News?

Q: What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please use the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page.

Q: How do I change my password?
Login and proceed to "Change Account Info". You will be prompted for your current and your desired new password.

Q: Whom do I contact and what information do you need me to send when I discover that there is a problem with your Web site?
If you experience a problem navigating our sites, please email us at webmaster@reporternews.com describing it in as much detail as possible, including the steps you take leading up to it, how often it occurs, and the exact text of any error message that you receive. The information you provide will help us to find a solution more quickly.

o Report a late or missing newspaper
o Report missing or damaged sections
o Suspend and restart delivery of the newspaper

Q: If I go on vacation and wish to temporarily suspend my newspaper, will my account be credited?
If you notify us in advance to suspend your delivery, you have the option to choose to receive credit, donate to the Newspaper in Education program, donate to the Boys & Girls Club, or save the papers to be delivered when you return.  Proceed to "Temp Starts & Stops" to notify us of your vacation.  It can take up two days from the date you make the request to be processed.

If you opt to donate to the Newspaper in Education program or the Boys & Girls Club, you will be billed as usual. For each copy you donate to the Newspaper in Education program, four students will receive their own copy of the Abilene Reporter-News.


Q: What should I do if my newspaper does not arrive or if sections are missing?
Log in and proceed to "How Are We Doing?" if your newspaper has not arrived by the guaranteed time (6:00 am Mon-Fri / 7:00 am Sat/Sun in Abilene and 6:30 am Mon-Fri / 7:30 am Sat/Sun in all other areas) or if you have missed delivery or have an incomplete paper. 

You may opt to have redelivery of your newspaper if you live in the Abilene city limits.  Redelivery times are 6:00 am to 10:30 am Mon-Fri/7:00 -10:30 am on Sat / 7:00 am -1:00pm on Sunday.  Another option is to have credit applied to your account. Only credit for the same day delivery can be obtained on this site.  Credits for previous delivery dates can be requested from customer service at 673-4284 or 1-800-588-4284 or you can email us at Abilene Reporter-News.  Be sure to include your name, address, and home phone number and type the words MISSED PAPER CREDIT in the subject line.

Q: Is it necessary to call to restart my subscription after it has been temporarily suspended?
If you provide a restart date when you suspend delivery you do not need to call again to restart your delivery. However, if the restart date has changed, or was not provided when the account was suspended, you will need to speak to a customer service representative.
